U.S. citizen, MS and doctoral students who have conferred a bachelor's degree before start of the grant, must be in good health, proficiency in the written and spoken language of host country, must demonstrate capacity for independent study or research, together with a general knowledge of the history, culture, and current events of the countries to which they are applying |
