Diane Flamm is the Career Counselor for the ICS Professional Master’s Programs. She attended Northern Arizona University for her Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Finance. She later received her Master’s in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.

Diane worked in Business Development and Account Management for Aetna CVS Health, Netwrix (Cybersecurity), Zoom Video Communications, and a global recruiting firm, Robert Half International, for 7 years. She also mentored graduate business students at the Career Center at CSULB. Throughout her career, she always enjoyed empowering others to feel their best and reach their professional goals.

In addition to serving as a career educator, Diane will actively cultivate Employer Relations for these programs. Her responsibilities include facilitating opportunities for students to connect with recruitment avenues, while also aiding employers in engaging with talent and fostering talent pipelines.

Born and raised in Irvine, Diane knows Orange County very well. In her free time, she enjoys backpacking, live music, and spending time with her cat.
