Thank you for applying to attend the workshop. This scholarship will cover your costs for attending the conference including registration, hotel, and associated travel expenses.
Eligibility: (1) currently attending U.S. institutions, and (2) underrepresented minorities and women in the computational science (computer science, applied mathematics, high performance computing applications) and engineering. Funding to all others is considered as funding is available and on a case-by-case basis.

Tuesday, April 15 2014 at 5:00 p.m. (PST). Notification of Awards will be announced by Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. (EST).
APPLICATION FORMAT
Your application should be delivered to us as a single pdf formatted document. Please include the following items in your application:
- (1 page) Cover sheet including name, physical address, email address, college/university affiliation, undergraduate or graduate, year in your academic program, ethnicity, and gender.
- (1 page) Description of your research interests and research progress so far.
- (1 page) Biographical statement describing your path to Computer Science and Electrical Engineering in general, and Design Automation in particular.
- (1 page) A short statement of financial need.
