  • Yeast cell cycle gene set

• Problem Set #2. Due 11/13/2008 before class.
  Data sets used in the problem set:
  • Yeast cell cycle data by Cho et al.
• Problem Set #3. Due 12/2/2008.
• Written report of the final project. Due 12/12/2008 in my office (Bren 4058)
  • The report (6-8 pages) should be similar to a conference paper, including sections on abstract, introduction, results, discussion and references.

  • Please hand in a hard copy of your report, as well as an electronic version in PDF format.
