Our paper "VR ProfiLens: User Profiling Risks in Consumer Virtual Reality Apps" was accepted for publication at the Symposium on Usable Security and Privacy (USEC) 2026, co-located with the NDSS Symposium 2026.
Developed GenAI Guide for Computer Science Educators
Sept. 2025
I was selected for the Division of Teaching Excellence & Innovation's (DTEI) Summer Graduate Scholars Fellowship Program. As the deliverable for this fellowship, I developed a GenAI Guide for CS Educators to assist UCI instructors, including guidance on GenAI for course development and assessment as well as on academic integrity and AI literacy.

I was an instructor for the ProperData 2024 Summer Program on Privacy, IoT & AI for high school students, in which the students built customized voice assistants using Raspberry Pi, ChatGPT, and Python programming.

I presented a research poster about our work, DiffAudit: Auditing Privacy Practices of Online Services for Children and Adolescents, at the 2024 Society of Graduate Electrical Engineers & Computer Scientists (GEECS) Technology Showcase at UCI and won 1st place in the Software/Algorithms track.

Privacy Engineering Internship at Common Sense Media

I completed my Privacy Engineering Internship at Common Sense Media, during which I worked with the Privacy Program to advance their internal privacy policy evaluation machine learning system, consulted on and contributed to a research report about privacy of virtual reality, and trained to become a privacy policy evaluator.
