8.8.2 OEIFlavor::MMOD

This namespace controls the processing performed when reading OEFormat::MMOD format files using the OEReadMacroModelFile function.

The OEIFlavor::MMOD::FormalCrg flag bit controls where the high-level file format reader calls the OEAssignFormalCharges function to assign formal charges, after reading the connection table with OEReadMacroModelFile.
