8.4.32 ExactAtoms

Logical or of the atomic number, aromaticity, strict formal charge, degree, hydrogen count, chirality, mass, and ring membership flags of the OEExprOpts namespace. This combination of flags is intended to give a high degree of discrimination of the graph equivalence of atoms.
