8.4.24 EqNotAromatic

Not aromatic equivalence flag. When set, a query atom or bond which is not aromatic based on the return value of the corresponding OEAtomBase::IsAromatic or OEBondBase::IsAromatic method is equivalent to a potential match which is also not aromatic.
