3.2.2 GetBgnIdx 

virtual unsigned int GetBgnIdx() const

Return the atom index of the ``begin'' (or ``source'') atom of a bond. This method is equivalent to OEBondBase::GetBgn()->GetIdx(). See OEAtomBase::GetIdx for the caveats and restrictions on using atom indices.
