Hydrogen count flag. When set, the values returned by the OEAtomBase::GetTotalHCount method of the query atom and potential graph match will be tested for equivalence. The OEAtomBase::GetTotalHCount method returns the sum of implicit and explicit hydrogens. The expression built when the HCount flag is set will therefore not discriminate between implicit and explicit hydrogen counts.
