3.24.25 SetCoords 

virtual bool SetCoords(const OEAtomBase*, const float*)
virtual bool SetCoords(const OEAtomBase*, const double*)

Set the Cartesian co-ordinates of the specified atom to the three values specified by the floating point array. 

virtual bool SetCoords(const float*)
virtual bool SetCoords(const double*)

Set the Cartesian co-ordinates for all of the atoms in a molecule.
