3.24.15 GetMaxAtomIdx 

virtual unsigned int GetMaxAtomIdx() const

Return a lower bound on the maximum atom index. All atom indices returned by OEAtomBase::GetIdx on atoms belonging to this molecule are guaranteed to be less than this value. Obviously, the returned result is always greater than or equal to OEMolBase::NumAtoms().
