Connected Learning Summit 2025

Join a gathering of innovators harnessing emerging technology to expand access to participatory, playful, and creative learning. Online and In Person.

At UC Irvine, we will host an in-person poster session, lunch and a watch party for the opening keynote and plenary on October 6th, 2025 from noon – 4pm.

Noon – 1pm: Our event will kick off with lunch and posters at our lab space on the 3rd floor of Calit2. Please join us for an opportunity to chat with authors of CLS Research Papers and Showcases.

1pm – 4pm: Watch livestreams together of the opening keynotes and plenaries, being streamed from MIT and UC Berkeley, in the CLL 3rd floor space, and the Calit2 1st floor auditorium. These include keynotes by Meryl Alper and Vaness Angélica Villareal, and plenaries on Youth Mental Health and Technology and Engaging Technologies as Tools of Resistance, and Respect.

Friday, October 10 at 1pm, we will be hosting the closing keynote for CLS, Denaé Metaxa in person at 1pm on the 5th floor of Donald Bren Hall. No need to RSVP for the closing event.
