Enrollment Guidelines for IN4MATX 191A in Fall 2026
To ensure that graduating Informatics and Software Engineering seniors can participate in this important capstone design sequence, priority is being given first to students with a received W27 Graduation Application on file.
From 5/18/2026 through 9/15/2026, only students graduating in W27 who have followed the steps outlined below to receive course authorization from ICS Curriculum and Enrollment Management may enroll in IN4MATX 191A.
Prerequisite waivers or exception requests will not be considered.
Deadlines and Student Responsibilities
- Submit an Application for Graduation for W27 via Student Access.
- Fill out and submit the “F26 IN4MATX 191A Enrollment Inquiry” form by no later than September 9, 2026.
- Watch for email communication from CEM staff regarding your enrollment request.
What to Expect
Enrollment requests will be processed in order of submission date.
When you submit your Graduation Application, it will initially be marked as “Pending”. After an Academic Advisor has reviewed it and determined that it is feasible for you to complete your remaining degree requirements by W27, its status will be changed to “Received”.
You will be sent an email with additional information and instructions within 2-3 business days after your W27 Graduation Application status is confirmed.
Students who are not graduating in W27
Any seats that are not filled will be opened to all Informatics and Software Engineering seniors at 12:00pm on September 18, 2026.
